Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Chef Recruitment Consultant to join our Central London team. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of hospitality and a flair for both recruitment and business development.
You’ll be responsible for placing high-calibre chefs — from Commis to Executive level — into top-tier hospitality environments. This is a 360 recruitment role, requiring a blend of people skills, kitchen knowledge, and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both permanent and temporary chef roles

Build and maintain strong client relationships across restaurants, hotels, private households, and catering companies

Proactively develop new business opportunities, pitch recruitment services, and grow your client base

Identify and nurture new leads via networking, calls, social media, and industry events

Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a strong cultural and skill fit

Keep abreast of hospitality trends, seasonal hiring cycles, and chef movements

Maintain and update CRM records and ensure all compliance procedures are followed
Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience in 360 hospitality recruitment or a strong background as a chef or kitchen manager

Proven ability to win and grow business within a competitive market

Deep understanding of professional kitchen operations and chef hierarchies

Confident communicator who can build rapport with both clients and candidates

Commercially minded with a track record in achieving targets or sales goals

Self-starter with a consultative, solutions-focused approach
