Role Description
We are looking for a polished and commercially astute UHNW Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who understands the discretion, pace, and precision required when recruiting for high-profile clients.
You’ll run a 360 recruitment desk, working across private households, estates, and family offices in the UK and internationally. You'll also play a key role in developing new business relationships and delivering a white-glove recruitment service.
Key Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruitment of private staff, including Butlers, Estate Managers, Private Chefs, Housekeepers, Chauffeurs, PAs, and EAs

Build and manage relationships with UHNW clients, family offices, and private employers

Lead on business development, generating and converting new client leads via referrals, outreach, and networking

Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and vetting in line with safeguarding and confidentiality requirements

Prepare tailored candidate shortlists and manage the offer and onboarding process with discretion

Maintain detailed records of candidate compliance, right to work, and references

Stay informed on industry trends, lifestyle management standards, and international household structures
Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience in UHNW/private household recruitment, luxury hospitality, or family office staffing

Proven business development experience and confidence in dealing with high-level, private clients

A discreet and professional communicator with exceptional people skills

Deep understanding of household staffing standards, etiquette, and the expectations of HNW employers

Meticulous attention to detail, with strong time management and organisational skills

Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced, client-led environment

Qualifications

Previous recruitment experience in UHNW, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors

Strong interpersonal, client handling, and negotiation skills

Knowledge of private estate operations, service standards, and international placements

Fluent English (additional languages a plus)

Degree in Hospitality, Business, HR, or related fields is advantageous
